Foundation-level coaches trained to deliver introductory athletics programmes for beginners and school-age athletes.
Level 3 is the highest coaching qualification on the AFI pathway. Level 3 coaches are eligible to serve as national coaches, lead state academies, and coach athletes at international championships. This certification requires demonstrated evidence of elite athlete development.
