A message from the Secretary, Odisha Athletic Association.
On behalf of the Odisha Athletic Association, it is my honour and privilege to extend a warm welcome to all athletes, coaches, officials, and supporters of athletics in our state.
Athletics is the foundation of all sport. In Odisha, we are committed to nurturing a culture of excellence, integrity, and sportsmanship at every level — from grassroots talent identification in our villages to the international podium. Our state has produced athletes of national and international repute, and we are dedicated to creating the conditions for many more such champions.
The Odisha Athletic Association works tirelessly in partnership with the Government of Odisha, the Athletics Federation of India, and our affiliated units across all districts to deliver world-class infrastructure, scientific training, and competitive opportunities for every athlete.
I invite all stakeholders — athletes, parents, educational institutions, sponsors, and the media — to join us in this endeavour. Together, we will write a new chapter in Odisha’s athletics story.
