OAA’s flagship residential athletics academy providing elite coaching, academic support, and competitive pathways for Odisha’s top young athletes.
The Odisha Athletic Academy (OAA Academy) is the premier athletics development institution in Odisha, based at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar. The academy provides a high-performance training environment, sports science support, and world-class coaching to athletes aged 14–22.
Operating under the joint auspices of the OAA and the Sports & Youth Services Department, Government of Odisha, the academy has produced athletes who have represented India at the Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Athletics Championships.
Selected athletes receive residential coaching at Kalinga Stadium with accommodation, meals, and full training support.

Athletes study at partner schools and colleges, balancing academics with professional training schedules.

Academy athletes participate in a structured calendar of state, national, and international competitions.

Applications for 2025–26 intake are open. Athletes must qualify through the OAA State Trials or Talent Identification Programme.
